LGBTQ+ Grant County sponsors the annual Silver City Pride Festival every year.

This is a multi-day celebration of the diversity of our community. There are various events and entertainment, and of course the Doggie Drag Show.

LGBTQ+ Grant County is dedicated to providing support and fostering a sense of community for local LGBTQ+ individuals. We believe that everyone deserves to feel accepted and loved for who they are, regardless of their gender identity or sexual orientation. Our mission is to create a safe and welcoming space where LGBTQ+ individuals can connect with others, find support, and participate in a variety of activities.

We offer a wide range of resources and services to help members of the LGBTQ+ community feel supported and empowered. These include support groups, social events, educational workshops, and advocacy campaigns. Our support groups provide a safe and confidential space where individuals can share their experiences and connect with others who understand what they’re going through. Our social events allow members to come together in a fun and relaxed atmosphere to make new friends and build meaningful connections.

Our educational workshops cover a variety of topics relevant to the LGBTQ+ community, such as healthcare, legal rights, and mental health. We also advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and work to raise awareness about issues affecting our community. Our goal is to create a more inclusive and accepting society where everyone feels valued and respected, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity.
